1. Milk:

Milk is rich in lactic acid and other important nutrients such as protein, calcium, biotin, vitamins A, B12, B6, D, selenium, magnesium and potassium all these are a necessary elements for health. It cleans and improve the complexion of skin. Selenium fights free radicals and act as anti aging. 2. Egg White:

  • Egg White: – 2 eggs
  • Milk :– 1 teaspoon
  • Honey: – 1 teaspoon
  • Peppermint essential oil: – few drops
  • Lemon Juice: – 1 teaspoon


  • Mix together all the above listed ingredients.
  • Apply to your chin, face, and neck.
  • Leave it for about 30 minutes or wait until it dry completely.

3. Wheat Germ Oil:

Wheat germ oil has high quantity of essential nutrients which prevents skin from aging these are vitamin E, vitamin B6, vitamin B complex, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, and folic acid.   • Wheat gram oil:


  • Before going to bed apply the oil to your neck and chin in sufficient amount.

  • Epsom Salt: – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Peppermint Oil :– 2 to 3 drops
  • Cotton Ball:


  • Mix together all the above listed ingredients.
  • By using the cotton ball apply this solution to chin.
  • Leave it for about 20 to 30 minutes and then rinse it with water.
  • Repeat the process 3 to 5 time every week to get the most benefits.


8. Exercises:

It has no scientific proof that with exercise you will get rid of it, but it is helpful in reducing double chin. these exercise will strengthen the skin and muscles, blood circulation will also be improved. By stretching and toning the jaw, neck, and throat muscles these exercise can help in reducing the double chin.

Method – 1: (Lift up Chin)


  • Stand completely straight now start to tilt neck and head backwards and the chin will be moving upward keep moving until your face is parallel to ceiling.

Method – 3: (Exercise of Platysma Muscle)
